Kevin Russ L.L.C, (KRI) is a small, boutique, full-service, limited-liability, professional services firm that provides capacity building, advisory, and technical assistance solutions for organizations and professionals. Kevin Russ L.L.C., is a vision and venture to bring together my more than 30+ years of professional experience and expertise earned across a broad range of business sectors into one entity. It is fueled by both my passion for helping others reach their potential and expertise and demonstrated success in a number of professional capacities and critical industries.
The concept or initial idea of Kevin Russ L.L.C., was born in 1999 while working a global recruitment process outsourcing firm’s client engagement for a $700m nonprofit’s training and development organization. That experience concretized an idea to develop my first company, in 2002 – an education and training professional services firm that provided consulting services to agencies, corporations, nonprofits, and other organizations working with black boys of color and black male initiatives to help improve their achievement and life-success outcomes.
Between 2002 and 2015, I was fortunate enough to acquire and develop a deep and broad skill set through business experience both as a professional employee and practitioner alongside of working as an independent consultant doing a variety of capacity building engagements across various business sectors. In July of 2015, while at the peak of a mid-to-senior level executive career, I decided to become a Chief Risk Taker and establish Kevin Russ Incorporated- a management and holding company under which I own and operate a series of for and nonprofit entities and business ventures of which Kevin Russ L.L.C., is a subsidiary.
Kevin Russ L.L.C. offers range of advisory, consulting and technical assistance solutions and services, programs, and resources for an ever-increasing network of organizations and individuals. We help them strengthen their capacity building and human capital resources permitting them to live out their values, discover new opportunities, collaborate, learn and thrive.

Our mission to simple. . . to provide comprehensive and “best-in-class” advisory, consulting and technical solutions and services to help organizations and professionals build capacity by providing them with the knowledge, insight, and effectiveness to take their core business to the “next-level”.
We achieve this by:
