Additionally, he was successful in launching and standing-up a series of personal ventures; a progressive, non-denominational, Christian ministry without walls; a human capital consulting firm working with organizations and professionals who endeavored to take their career to the next level; and a comprehensive consultation and technical assistance firm working with organizations and professionals who want to assist boys and men of color achieve academic, career, and personal success and make it to the next level.
